Payment & Turnaround
Payment Policy
- 50% non-refundable deposit required before work begins.
- Remaining balance is due before final file delivery.
- Work begins only after required files and deposit/payment are received.
Turnaround Policy
Turnaround begins once all required files and deposit/payment have been received.
Revisions
- Vocal Mix & Master, Full Stem Mix & Master, and Recording + Mix Bundle include 2 revisions.
- Mastering Only includes 1 revision.
- Additional mix revisions are $25 each.
- Additional mastering revisions are $15 each.
A revision includes
Vocal level or instrument balance adjustments, EQ changes, reverb or delay adjustments, tonal refinements, and mastering refinements.
A revision does not include
New recordings, new stems, new instrumentals, song arrangement changes, rebuilding a mix from scratch, or additional production work.
Files & Session Preparation
File Requirements
- WAV preferred; AIFF and MP3 accepted.
- Mono and stereo files accepted.
- Files should be clearly labeled and begin at the same starting point.
- Files should be exported without clipping unless intentional.
Session Preparation Policy
Missing, unlabeled, improperly exported, out-of-sync, or disorganized files may require additional preparation time and may incur additional fees.
Delivery, Storage & Rights
File Delivery Policy
Clients receive deliverables included in their purchased service. Additional deliverables may be subject to additional fees.
File Storage Policy
Project files are retained for up to 30 days following final delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered files. 11S IINFINITY LLC does not guarantee long-term storage and reserves the right to permanently delete project files after 30 days.
Ownership
Clients retain ownership of their music.
Portfolio Rights
11S IINFINITY LLC reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
